Saratoga Cuvée Pinot Noir 2004

Tasting Notes

Release Date: Spring 2007

Harvested from two beautiful sites, one in Woodside and one in Santa Cruz — both edgy cool. Pinot likes this type of climate as it prolongs the harvest, allowing the grapes to pick up more character without getting overripe.

A rich mixture of raspberry, black cherry and earth greets the nose. Medium in weight, texturally exciting with a striking fullness across the mid-palate ( signature of 2004) this wine should age comfortably for five to ten years; although it is delicious now.
