Saratoga Cuvée Cabernet Savignon 2003

Tasting Notes

Release Date: Spring 2007

Blended with Merlot (15%) and Cabernet Franc (10%) this wine is unfined and unfiltered, aged two years in small French casks similar to our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2003 Cuvée is a worthy successor to the great 2002 vintage.

Very fresh with aromas of plums, espresso, blackberries and cherries, it has a signature balance on the palate with medium body and great delineation of flavors with, of course, refreshing acidity.

Soulful, approachable and affordable, it's an incredible combination.
