We have been producing Chardonnay from this vineyard since 1985. It is entirely barrel-fermented and aged for 9 months sur-lie.
Starting with a complex nose featuring notes of buttered popcorn, caramel, Granny Smith apple, and light spices, this Chardonnay has a medium-full body that is luscious, savory, and well-balanced. Honeydew melon and lemon appear on the mid-palate, culminating in rich vanilla and lactic flavors, elevated by refreshing acidity in the finish.
