Despite the record-setting drought, our 2021 Estate Pinot Noir turned out beautifully.
Appropriate deep ruby color with engaging aromas of raspberry, sandalwood and brown spices, this Pinot is multilayered across the palate, with flavors of bright soft red fruits and a touch of anise. It has an exquisite acid-tannin balance with a long, satisfy-ing finish.
Brimming with promise, expect further improvement for at least 6-7 years.
