Offering terrific minerality along with notes of pears, white peaches, earth and background oak, this intense, medium to full-bodied, rich Chardonnay possesses good underlying minerality as well as acidity.

Grown at Mount Eden with the same care and attention to detail as our Estate Chardonnay, we selected these barrels to reflect our appellation rather than the estate.

  • Yield: 2.6 tons per acre
  • Harvest: August 21st-September 4th
  • Numbers @ Harvest: 24.6° Brix, 8.2 grams acidity, 3.6 pH
  • Barrel Regimen: French barrels 1/2 new; aged 10 months sur lie, full Malolactic
